Fun with Mulch Sweat and Shears on 12/8/2009 by Franniepoppins
Despite the heat of a late August day in 2009, my family could not contain themselves when we came upon Mulch, Sweat, and Shears at Disney's Hollywood Studios. We started dancing, and singing along, totally got down! My daughter was dancing with the lead singer, and he took her picture with her camera, and then took off down the street! Haha!! The guitar player called him back, and the lead singer yelled to him, pointing at the camera, that it was a nice one! Hahaha! Really we were all laughing, and it was so much fun. I always enjoy rocking with this band when I visit Walt Disney World.Read reviews by Franniepoppins
Mulch Sweat and Shears on 12/17/2008 by Jennifer
As always Mulch, Sweat, and Shears, the cover band that plays year 'round on the Streets of America at Walt Disney World's Hollywood Studios is playing New Year's Eve shows. These shows are very popular so arrive early.
Show times are 8:00pm, 9:00pm, 10:00pm, and 11:00pm with the fireworks show beginning as close to Midnight as possible. Yes - they are playing a show with the fireworks! It's going to be awesome. There are a few new surprises this year including a bigger band and some new material.
Mulch has a big following including a large number of video on YouTube, a facebook fan page, and their own CD under the name Los Lawn Boys.
Also, the main mulch drummer, Matt Bloodwell, is in a band called megaphone and all the members of megahone play in mulch as subs for the main mulch members.

Amazing on 5/20/2007 by Joel Perkosky
Wow, these guys kicked butt! My friends (about 30 of us) formed a mosh pit and started jamming out with these guys, it totally rocked! They are great musicians, nonetheless, and you should buy their CD too!

Do NOT Miss these Guys: AWESOME!!! on 1/6/2007 by Jenny
We have been fortunate enough to watch these AWESOME performers for the past few years at MGM Studios. Every year we go there we make sure to see their show at least a couple of times during our visit. We love the comedy show that interacts with the music. Each band member is so talented in their own right. Whoever signed them on to MGM is a major genious! Do NOT miss these guys if you visit MGM, they ROCK!
To the band: Love you ALL, don't stop performing at MGM Studios!! :)

get the mulch CD! - new year's show on 12/28/2006 by jennifer
Mulch, Sweat, and Sheers is a back lot band at MGM that is, for me, one of the best things about the park. Because the band's show is that they "sneaked into MGM for a record deal" they are not listed on any of the printed programs. You can get a schedule at guest services or ask any of the cast members in the back-lot area and they have a schedule and times and locations. Sometimes they play by Star Tours, other times they are on the Streets of America. For the last two years they have played the New Year's eve show at MGM. You can also get their CD on line and at the park if it is not sold out. They are hard to keep on the shelf. http://www.loslawnboys.com. The band members are very accomplished musicians and entertainers in their own right so google them individually and you will be amazed at what they have done: The drummer has his own band: http://www.megaphonemusic.net/, the keyboard player has tracks out

Mulch, Sweat and Shears...what an unexpected treat at Disney. I could have watched them for hours. I cant wait until my next trip to MGM so that I can see them again. Too bad there is not a video that can be purchased.

Relive some classic RocknRoll! on 11/13/2005 by Ser Alan
Mulch, Sweat, and Shears are my favorite new act at MGM Studios These guys rock out! They play some of the big rocknroll hits from my childhood, and they do it really well with lots of audience participation and silly landscaping jokes! Keep our eye out for that yellow truck that looks like your local yard maintenance crew... until they whip out the guitars and knock your socks off They can often be found in downtown New York!
