in Epcot® : videos, pictures | | A stroll through the United Kingdom is a tour of eight different architectural styles used in England throughout history including Georgian, Victorian and English Tudor. Although there is no major attraction in the United Kingdom pavilion, there is an acting troupe, World Showcase Players, that performs regularly in the center of the pavilion, involving visitors in their humorous skits and a musical group, British Invasion, playing British hits in the back garden. There are several shops selling various items from the United Kingdom, including souvenirs, handcrafted gifts, hand-knitted sweaters and sweets. The restaurant in the U.K. is the Rose and Crown, where you can enjoy traditional pub foods and beverages. As well, fish and chips are available from a curbside window. |
