In Disney’s Canada, walk through the Victoria Garden, inspired by the Bouchart Gardens of Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Or, perhaps, enjoy the “mountain air” and check out the waterfall. The Northwest Mercantile is open for those looking for the perfect souvenir of Canada or maybe a lumberjack shirt while the Province de Montreal offers souvenirs of a French Canadian flavor. Le Cellier Steakhouse is the perfect restaurant to enjoy a good steak or maple-glazed salmon. Don’t miss the cheddar cheese soup! For a quick snack, stop at the stand at the front of the Canadian pavilion for a famous beavertail.
