Put our Summer clothes away till next year.

Yesterday it was 55 degrees and today is to be about the same the weather man said no more 80's ( sniff sniff) I love Fall but seems like it has come and is almost over here in the tundra since our trees are already empty. sigh....

How is fall going your neck of the woods?

I won't be putting away my summer clothes until after the cruise. We are still hitting 70, but this coming week is looking like mid to upper 60's. Maybe a I should take another day of vacation and switch over all my clothes when we get back. You know, that is sounding better and better to me.

I'm right there with you Amie. When I heard it was 51 as I was leaving my grandparents' house tonight I wanted to run and hide somewhere I don't need to bring out the jacket :-(

It was upper 80's here all last week! BEAUTIFUL! And lots and lots of sunshine! This week is upper 70's and a few at 80. And still sunny! Next week will prob be about the same. Usually about the week of halloween or so we have a cold snap. Then it warms back up to the 60's or so for a bit, then it cools down to 40's and 50's. To be honest, and of course weather is unpredictable so this year could be the exception, but normally it doesn't get REALLY cold until around January. Jan, Feb, and Mar are COLD! I've seen a few orange and red leaves, but so far they are mostly still green and on the trees. I LOVE autumn! When those leaves change color, it's just a gorgeous sight!

ok I am sitting here in my warm fuzzy slippers and have on a sweater over my shirt I of course am not feeling tip top but have been so chilled the last couple days. Why is it when Spring hits 50's we have on light windbreakers and are fine but when it hits 50's in the fall we need to wear a bit more to keep warm. Maybe it is just my age catching up with me.

SO Melp you might have to give in and pull out that jacket I don't want you to get ill because you refused to pull out your coat. tisk,tisk....Sorry that is the mom in me coming out.

Ahnalira I have to agree with you October is a great Month in Florida in fact so far October and May are mine and Joe's favorite times not extremly hot but warm enough to swim if you desire and not to chilly.

Dawn I always take a extra day when we get home just to get back into the swing of things and re-coop So why can't you take a extra day!

Jodi Sounds like Kansas weather is alot like Okla weather. I wanted to move to MN to have my seasons back but the older i get the better OKla is sounding.

But Joe loves it here and his family is here so I stay where my hubby wants to be.
