Aparentley he was born with a small hole at the base of his spine that is called a Sacral Dimple.  Now a lot of Babies have this and it is ok if it is not deep.  His was never found and I did not know about it until Brooke, his Mom, told me.  9 Months later!!  Now it is a deep hole that probably leads to his spine.  He has what is called a Sacral Sinus tract infection now and the hole is getting bigger.  He needs to be seen by a Pediatric surgeon on 8/13 and they will need to graft over or some how close this hole.  It is suprising he never got menengitis or something!!  He is now on antibiotics.  Pray that this next round of surgery will be quick, easy, and fairly pain-free for him [;)][;)][;)][;)]

Oh gosh...well I will definitely keep you all in my prayers.  I hope that this goes very smooth for him and am so glad it was finally found.

Oh my goodness, the poor baby.  Bless his little sweet heart, Ryan has surely been through a lot in his short life.  I will certainly be praying that all goes well.
