Francine -> Walt Disney World - 300 ft tethered balloon in Downtown Disney (7/7/2008 4:33:47 PM) With all the changes happening at Pleasure Island, it is expected Disney will be announcing new, and exciting plans for the area.  The newest announcement is that a tethered balloon ride will be installed in the Downtown Disney area.  This is similar to a ride at Disneyland Paris.
