Hello -

we just returned (sigh . . .) and dined at Coral Reef for the first time . . .the grilled mahi mahi with cashew-jasmine rice topped with pineapple chutney was phenomenal! I'd like to try and mimic it here at home to make our anniversary dinner . . .anyone know how to get the recipe? I've seen a few other receipes from Coral Reef online at other sites and via google, but not this one . . .any ideas?

I know you can get recipes at restaurants if you ask for them. Maybe if you call the main switchboard at 407-824-2222, you can get connected to the restaurant and ask...?

You could also call directly to the restaurant and ask for the Grilled Mahi Mahi with Tropical Essence recipe 407-560-6784 or 407-560-6856.

Thank you both for the advice!

I have been in touch with the manager at the Coral Reef, and she is having the chef convert the recipe into a "normal" size for me (adjusted from a large batch) and will forward it on! I am going to surprise my husband with this for dinner on our anniversary

Hey Ladies -

thanks for all the info! I was able to get in touch with the restaurant manager, and she got the recipe from the chefs and forwarded it on to me! Yay - I will be making it for our anniversary dinner in 2 weeks time . . .
