Okay...so now that I have looked it over, I can understand VFK's need to make the pay to play option. I still think they should have never announced they would always be free...but I guess that could be interpreted as meaning they would always have an option to play free. I know they are a young company and I know it takes money to make these sites and keep them running. I won't be able to get that really cool founders deal (you have to buy in the next day) and I am not even sure, at this point, that I can pay to play. I did read at VFKFF that Gail told someone on the phone they will allow any group of persons to be a "family", so that means that friends can all get together and be a family. Is anyone else concerned this is going to cause a socio-economic division on VFK? In other words..."The haves" and "The have nots"....the "rich" and the "poor". Apparently there is already chatter on the game and even dictionary dancing name calling of people who are buying the option etc. Here is the comparison chart for paying or not paying. There are some nice features for the pay option. The only thing I am actually upset over is the fact you have to pay to play the games after hours. I was really enjoying this feature right now, but I guess I won't have it for long on the free option. You might need to break out a magnifying glass. lol I tried to make it bigger, but I couldn't.
