Status: offline 		It's amazing here!  We are in the Sacred Valley now - 8,000 ft altitude.  we are learning to breathe all over again  Surrounded by glaciers at 18,000 ft altitude.

Had a weaving demonstration and lesson today from traditional Quechaua women.  SO COOL!

River rafting through the Sacred Valley tomorrow

Status: offline 		I am in the Sacred Valley of Peru. Today, we river rafted the Sacred River and gave thanks to the Mother for the gift of passage in Her currents   We climbed to the Temple of Ollantaytambo and 'sat' with the timelessness of Inca
The Inca - we learned from our local Incan expert - were famous for their economy based on Ayni.  Ayni means "Today for you and tomorrow for me".  Everyone helps everyone.  Balance in all ways.  We receive and we give in turn 
I'm loving it!

Status: offline 		The Faeries of the Universe must have wanted me offline in preparation for our day in Macchu Picchu  It was wondrous and magical and inspiring, and I am all lit up

Two days in Cusco now (The Incan capital) for some eating and shopping and catching up on emails and posts
