Oh happy day, my fellow OLPers!!! It should be thankful Thursday because I am sooooo very thankful for the rain falling outside! We are in a severe dought- we're like 16 inches below normal. Our pond out front is disappearing... but I am so happy to say it's raining - I think- pixie dust outside!! It's been doing this for hours. And it's only in the mid- 60's at 12 noon! I have to pinch myself- how can this be August? Last year was the hottest August and driest ever on record. And here we are one year later with cool temps and rain. 
I seriously can not tell you the last time I woke to a rainy day. I'm guessing it was the Spring of 2007??? Maybe we one day in there since?? I just can't remember.
It hasn't rained in well over a month here and that was just a quick passing thunderstorm.
Ok, ok, sorry, but I am so thrilled about the rain!! Thank God for the rain!!
come dancing with me in the rain, will ya??!!
