Status: offline 		Thanks, Francine!!  According to that, on a daily basis if I am just doing easy stuff, I need about 55 to 60 oz of water a day!!  That gives me a nice goal!  I've always aimed for 64, so I was doing well!  Now to get back up to that!!

Status: offline 		I'm not sure how I missed this before  I just did it, and the calculator says 86.5 oz a day for me...  that means  11 8oz cups a day...  I better get to drinkin!

I forgot to sticky it when I posted this.     It really is a good calculator for good hydration.
