I thought I would place this in the "All About Disney" forums just because this shows folks how far Disney's CM's will go to help there guests.

That's what I call going beyond your job description. Those guys deserve the "super" and "hero" titles.

Way to go CM's! Course we've known how magiccal the CM's make our stay ever since our first trip way back in 1996.they sprinkled pixie dust when a"less-than-disney"acting adult slammed trays of food down,then left to find her hubby, completely blocking any route to the cashiers in front of Janakins and me. Told them just wait on them first,we weren't in that big of hurry! As we checked out, the floor manager gave "Mickey"straws(for showing good Disney attitude) to us! we used them until they broke 4 years ago ! I know it's not as dramatic as the article above,but it sure made an impression on a 10y/o.
