We are celebrating Alan's birthday at Disney World next June (6th) and I want to plan something he'll love...  Can y'all help me with some ideas?

Have you given any thought to an Illuminations cruise???  Never done one, but I've read about it in the Birnbaum book...
Or, how about gathering some friends for dinner at Victoria and Alberts??

Please let me know what you decide to do?

Status: offline 		Is he like most men and likes to drive FAST????  Give him a few laps around the track at the Richard Petty Drivig Expreience!  I think ANY guy would love the exhilarating feeling of being behind the wheel of one of those powerful machines.  (you know how guys get happy about that kind of stuff!).  I also think that most men would find a surfing lesson to be "cool".  The surf machine should be back up by his birthday. 

I also kind of think of something I would love to do for my birthday......something you don't normally get to do.  I wouldn't mind if Matt surprised me with a parasailing adventure at the Contemporary Resort.  I've always said how much I would just LOVE to be able to fly. 

Got the extra $$$$???  Book the Walt Disney Suite at the Grand Floridian for the night and have some friends over for a low key birthday party.  Or........book the private yacht, The Grand, at the Grand Floridian and have a private dinner served on the yacht.

Is there a tour you guys HAVEN'T been on yet??  Dolphins in Depth perhaps???

By the way.... You just HAVE to get one of those Birthday Cake Hats and make him wear it all day.

OH, YES!  He will LOVE this...  I better start looking into the dates it happens

Status: offline 		Have ya thought about getting Disney Florists to leave some sort of birthday decorations in your room? I looked those over last night and some look REALLY cool. How about a couples spa day at the Grand Floridian? Dinner at his favorite restaurant complete with Disney cake?
