Ok, so everyone has their days rite, well this whole week has not been my favorite week ever.
Last Friday: My son(Harley) and his little friend(Dylan) were playing outside when my eldest daughter(Michelle) came rushing in with tear filled eyes, of course I only expected the worse, being a mom and all. Well I asked her, " Michelle sweetie whats wrong with you, and why are you crying." I thought that one of the kids had gotten hurt or something. Well before continuing I must state that my family and I have gotten ver attached to Dylan. Ok so Michelle comes in and sits down and all she said was; " Momma, Dylan is dying". Well pf course as all people would have I asked her," what are you talking about". She then explained that Dylan had told her last night that he had a lung disease, and his aunt  really does not like him, so she refuses to do anything about it. well that is how Friday was.
Last saturday: Dylan woke up, and started to cough really bad, well he started to cough up blood and I wsa very frightened. So I took him to the doctor, and they said they would have to do a surgery to fix his problem. I went to his aunt and told her about it, and she simply laughed and told me he wasnt worth it.Well I got home, and started to cook dinner and ran bath water for the baby, my middle daughter and her friend was over, and harley, dylan, and another one of his little friends was over, so I had a house full.
I was bathing my baby, when all I hear is I HATE YOU!!!  Then the door slammed shut. I told Kadie, which is my middle on to watch the baby. I went to see what all the comomtion was about, and Dylan was sitting on my porch crying his little eyes out, I asked him  what was wrong, and he told me throgh sobs that his biological mother just told him that she didnt want him anymore.  His aunt through him out, and he had no where to go.
Last Sunday: My son wanted to go to the beach with Dylan, so I said sure, until I found out that they were going with his mother. Then I point blank, changed my mind. There is no way that any child of mine will be going with that sycotic woman.
Today: Dylans fam,ily completely threw him away, and he is coming to us, I dont know what to do. Should I take him in??, or should I find a good home for him and throw him off like the rest of his family did????

I guess before I can say much, I have to ask how old Dylan is and if social services have been contacted.  This all sounds rather bizarre, to say the least!  If medical professionals know of an illness, can they not contact someone to at least look in on the situation?  Hmmmm, very odd......  Anyway, I hope a happy ending can be found for all parties involved!  It sounds like you have your hands full!  Good luck!

Kelsey  I'm not sure there is an easy solution here, but I do know if you follow your Inner Knowing you'll find the right solution

No matter what the ultimate decision is, Dylan knows you care.  And I have a feeling that you are a faerygodmother in his young life

Thank you, and yes child care services have been contacted. We are just waiting at this moment. He will be getting the sergery though, even if I have to take some of my Disney money to pay for it. I really do care about this little boy, and he needs us as hs stability rite now, so all I can do is wait.

Well good!  It sounds like at least the ball is rolling to get him all the care he needs!  Good for you for being so loving and compassionate, too!
