Yes that's right Tonya I have booked the Wilderness cabins for the Xmas trip. Our dates are dec 27th thru jan 3.I only have 96 dvc points from 2009 so im not using them this trip.I will use the points next july 4th for our 10th anniversary trip.I will get a 2 bedroom for that trip.Okay so I have not done my homework on this resort but im sure Snow White will teach me everything I need to know. It's funny that I have stayed at the villas at the Wilderness lodge 6 or 7 times and only walked over a few times to the campground.

What a great decision Tiggerguy! But I gotta warn ya- once you stay in the cabins, you may never want to stay anywhere else. That's our problem. Two years ago Erin and I went to disney by ourselves- decided to stay at AKL- since we had no kids-- after 1 night we checked out and checked into the cabins. We're JUST not at disney unless we're there.
It even beats WL--
There's so much to do at the campgrounds- you'll have to rent a golf cart for at least one day- it's so fun zipping around on them.
Campfire movies, trail rides, Trails end is one of our favorite restaurants, the shopping is so cool there... not like at the resorts. You can rent boats, canoes, fish, take the boat to the MK...
if you want you can grill out at your cabin. My kids love to do that.
The whole place is so relaxing- you get away from the busy crowds - I love to sit out on the deck and just relax!!

You'll love it, Tiggerguy!!
