I have been a contributor to  "The Cat House on the Kings"  and today I began sponsoring a kitty in need of financial support.

"The Cat House on the Kings"  is a cat rescue, no-kill, care and adoption facility, in the home of a woman that was aware of the great need and importance of the welfare and care of cats of all ages and breeds cast aside by folks, for variety of reasons.  You can check out her website at this address:

Any and all financial support from donations is very, very much appreciated.   I would love to be able to adopt lots more kitties, but because of circumstances I live with, can not do so.   I know there are many, many animal rescue organizations all over the country, and if I could I would gladly support all of them financially. Unfortunately my limited income prevents me from doing that, so I do what little I can do, by making donations to a few of them,
and now I am sponsoring "Mumzie".     I hesitate to ask folks to donate to any animal rescue shelters, knowing that so many of us live with limited finances, and especially these days with the current economic instability . . . businesses are closing down all over, people are losing their jobs, and confronting huge problems stemming from little or no income.   Anyone that can afford to make any kind of donation would be deeply valued and appreciated . . .
I thank you muchly, and all the sweet four-legged furbabies thank you, that are blessed with our love and kindness.

Corey

Thanks for the link, Corey!
Finding the love to help our furrykin is the measure of our humanity.
I've heard so many stories of folks who have had to give up their furry family members when they've lost their homes or jobs.
These rescue groups are a wonderful help.
