<p>Folks, we just returned from a stay at WDW-Fla. I had requested to stay in a Beach Club Villa- close to either an elevator or transportation - due to my feet/knee problems. The wonderful folks at Disney gave us room 252. The farthest villa away from anything. Josh - the manager duejour mentioned that he would change the villa the next day- but we refused. My point here is they do not care what your needs are when you book.As Josh said on the phone to me:" You paid for a villa and that's what we provided". Gee thanks Josh. So it was the manner that I was treated - and the idea that they'll take your money, offer no guarantees on location, not really act on your requests,and then talk with a lawyerly invocation. Again, they did offer to move us the next day- but it wasn't going to be that much better and I did not want the hassles of overseeing a move- that Josh offered to do.</p>
<p>And join the DVC? Not on your life. The busses were crowded and late 25% of the time.
