Cuisine: American
Price Scale: $$$
Meals Served: B, L, D

Cinderella"s Royal Table is located IN THE CASTLE at the Magic Kingdom. The theming is impeccable and, for anyone who has ever wanted to live in a castle, this is a most delightful experience. It is as magical a dining opportunity as anyone could want! Breakfast and lunch are character meals with princesses and, occasionally, Peter Pan. Breakfast is served family style at the table and includes eggs, breakfast meats, a potato casserole, French toast, fruit salad, breads, juice, and coffee (Adults $15.99 Children Under 11 $8.99). This dining experience is a favorite and Priority Seating is a must!

Dinner is served without characters. Both lunch and dinner offer an array of steaks, chicken, and seafood presented artfully and with elegant service. A coveted seat by the window will provide a view of either Fantasyland or Main Street. A typical meal in castle can easily cost between $35.00 - $45.00. Priority seating reservations are recommended.

OLP Review:

Cinderella's Royal Table

Cinderella is hosting a whole new 'spread'.  The new design includes a picture taken with either Cinderella or the Fairy Godmother before heading into the restaurant as well as a 10 minute dinner show with the Fairy Godmother

and her two assistants, Suzy and Perla

The format of the character show is unique; rather than coming to each table for pictures and autographs, there is a 'scripted' show about how make a successful wish (hint: BibbidybobbidyBOO; >) while the characters dance amongst the guests.  I liked it!

The dinner includes an appetizer, entree, dessert, and beverage...

with warm pretzel rolls to start

We chose the Vegetarian Spring Roll as our appetizer.  It tasted very fresh, if somewhat bland.

For an entree, I chose the Cheese Tortelli and Veggies

and Alan got the Salmon

We agreed that his was the better choice.  We special ordered a sugar free dessert, Chocolate Bread Pudding, and it was by and far the highlight of the meal

Of course, the ambiance of eating in a castle adds to the experience ALOT!  The dinner was prepaid when we made our reservations and came to $93 and change for two of us.  Most of the value is in the ambiance and show, we think, but - all in all - The OLP Dining review team gives Cinderella's Royal Table a four out five stars

Amazing !! (Contrary to before)5/5/2010 by SophiaCamille

I had gone to Cinderella's Royal Table three times before (2005, 2000 and 1998) and it was always good but not great !!! This January I went again and the food was unbelievable, maybe the chef was new or something but the meal was simply amazing. For starters we had the roasted mussels and they were finger-lickin' good !! For entrees, I had the ahi tuna, and it was better than most places, perfectly made, just the ride shade of dark pink in the middle and the top was crispy but not burnt... Amazing ! My husband had the lamb and it was incredibly savory. Among the kids (9, 14, [girls] and 15 [boy]) they tried the grilled chicken and the seafood stew.  Mldest daughter was full from a popcorn she had recently eaten so she opted for a green salad and a seafood egg roll from the appetizers menu.  Nless to say everything was delicious; the stew was as fresh as if were in Maine! The grilled chicken was yummy and Emily's salad and egg roll were yummy as well. We were too full for dessert so can't give my opinion on that. Definetely loved it this time, maybe it was our lucky night, who knows?, but for this time CRT definetely gets 5 stars !!!

Not a DW trip without going here3/8/2008 by Kristin
True magic waits for you here.  It takes two dinner meals from your dining plan to eat here but you will not be dissapointed!  The food is excellent and the experience is wonderful.  During out meal a gentleman asked his girlfriend to marry him complete with the ring in a glass slipper!  The Fairy Godmother is awesome and just being able to eat in the castle is the magic of Disney all in one.  Make reservations as soon as you book your trip.  Many people were trying to get in by just showing up and it was sad to see the little kids dissapointed.Read reviews by this author

Eating in a castle.....ahhhh.1/13/2007 by LP
It is so fun eating in the castle. Every child should get to do it! We ate dinner here in August. We got some neat pictures with Cinderella. We didn't have to wait long for our table. The food though.....we didn't love it. The appetizers:There was no adult ones that appealed to me, so I ate the kids appetizers also-fruit, veggies and cheese. For entrees, my daughter had the tortellini. The sauce tasted just like tomato soup out of a can, she said it tasted like rubber. My son had the mini hot-dogs with tater tots and green beans. He liked the tater tots, thats it. Hubby and I had the prime rib. It was pretty good. It came with a few potatoes, which were also good. The desserts were the best part of the meal. Daughter had sherbet, and son had ice-cream with chocolate crown. I had the raspberry chocolate mousse, it was delicious, as was the little cookie with it. The Fairy Godmother sang and the mice danced around. It was neat to look out the window and see down Main Street USA. Glad we did it once.

Dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table9/1/2006 by Francine

We had an early dinner, 4:05 p.m., at Cinderella's Royal Table, on August 24, 2006.  We arrived to the podium at 3:45, and were brought in to have our picture taken with Cinderella about ten minutes later.  This restaurant is all about the atmosphere, in my opinion.  The food was good, but not impressive.  Tim and I had prime rib, and Mari had salmon.   The desserts were very good, and well presented.  The wait staff is excellent at this restaurant, really made us feel like royalty.  If you have never eaten at Cinderella's Royal Table, it is worth trying, just for the show you will see.  The fairygodmother was wonderfully effervescent, and Suzy and Perla were just darling.

WE LOVED CRT!10/16/2005 by Jodi

We originally had no plans to visit CRT b/c I thought my boys would think it a "girly" place to eat, but when my eldest son requested it, I was sooo excited to dine in the castle!  The magic begun when my oldest son was invited to bang the gong when they called families names to let them know their table was ready!  We chose to walk the staircase vs take the elevator to our table and it was such fun!  Our server was spectacular as was our meal!  Each of us gave our food enthusiastic thumbs up!  The background music just added to the ambiance and fun!  Our Sept 2004 trip was our first visit, but I know it will be a definite lunch spot on our next trip!

Fun location, food can be very good!10/4/2005 by Ser Alan
You cant beat the location of this place, eating in a castle is way up there on my list of neat locations. As character breakfasts go I think this is one of the better ones; lots of face characters including Peter Pan who is great fun. My recent lunch experiences here were exceptionally good; especially the sugarfree bread pudding that is one of my all time favorite sugarfree disney desserts!! Honestly, Ive generally found the dinner menu uninspiring and the food just ok... I cant say I recommend this as a dinner spot, but this may be the best lunch Ive ever had in the Magic Kingdom!

Youve got to try this at least once so you can see the inside of Cinderellas Castle :)Read reviews by this author

I ate at Cinderellas Castle and it was a meal fit for a King! The Meal Started off with crab dip and ceasar salad (Delicious!) May we not forget the king cut of prime rib (Divine!) Then to top it off a strawberry shortcake (A wicked indulgence!) Read reviews by this author

Food - So-so/Atmosphere - Awesome!
11/22/2003 by Babs
11/03 - We were able to get a PS for this popular breakfast. We met Cinderella, Aurora, Belle, Mary Poppins and Aladdin. All the characters were friendly, but moved from table to table a little too quick. Fairy godmother on the other hand spends a good deal of time chatting with the children and telling them what to check out during their stay at the Magic Kingdom.

The actual breakfast itself was good, but nothing special. I loved being in the castle though, so I would recommend this at least once in your lifetime! My kids are not into the Princesses at all, so we probably will not return, at least not for the breakfast.Read reviews by this author

very cool
6/29/2003 by Susan:)
I tried this restaurant for the first time in May 2003, and I love it! I adore the medieval castle decor. I waited in the lobby for about half an hour, not at all bored because it was such fun to look around, and I really felt I was in a castle. If you look above the right hand fireplace, you can see the mice from Cinderella! Then we were announced and went upstairs and seated by the back windows overlooking Fantasyland! I love the tables! We were there for dinner. I had the chicken with spinach and garlic bread pudding, which was very good. I am definitely going back for breakfast and lunch sometime!Read reviews by this author

1977--I was seven and it was amazing!
4/1/2003 by Lisa
I know that this review is based on a LONG ago experience--but my point is that if you take your children to Cinderellas Royal Table (I just called it "Cinderellas Castle" back then) they will never ever forget the magic.

I was thrilled to see the photographs and note that it looks just about the same as it did back in 1977. The magical touches (the suits of armor, stained glass windows, etc...) are all there. It was wonderful back then---atmosphere was an A+!

I remember very, very heavy pewter goblets with ice water in them back then (I dont know if they still exist) but the comfortable formality is still present. And the food was quite good too, to my parents and my brother and myself.

Disney has a commercial that says "When you are four years old, Walt Disney World isnt just a place--its REAL". I can say that all my times there as a young child (grandparents lived nearby so we were there often) were exactly that--REAL. And never to be forgotten.

By the way--my younger brother (3 when we ate first at Cinderellas Castle) was also so impressed with the place that it was one of his "MUST SEE" stops when he took his son to WDW for the first time this past August. So, dont get the idea that Cinderellas Royal Table is just for the Princess loving set--the boys love it too!Read reviews by this author
