Located at the end of Main Street in the Disneyland Park, Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe is a light-hearted cafe full of happy Mary Poppins theming.

Everything, from the light and bright colors to the old fashioned stove that houses the soup of the day, inspires a feeling of homey freshness. The seating is like sitting in a Victorian garden.

It's a counter service eatery, and - even though it was crowded - the line moved quickly. We made our selections: For me, the Roasted Vegetable (and barley) Salad. I was intrigued by the description. What really took this salad to the next level was the fresh basil/pesto dressing. It's served on the side so be sure and add it!

The Turkey Sandwich got a modest one thumbs up from Alan. He was hoping for fresh roasted turkey, and he what he got was pressed turkey breast. He gave it a 3 because the bread was really fresh and tasty.

This Caprese Sandwich got every thumb up the table could give it. Very tasty!

Espresso drinks are available in addition to the standard offerings, making the Jolly Holiday Bakery and Cafe seeom quite upscale all round. Prices were typical for a park eatery, but the food was notch or two above. Our Laughing Place gives this restaurant for a great menu. By the way, they also have grilled cheese and tomato soup which is on my list for next time
