Dizney Donna is the greatest!  She helped me plan our 7n/8d vacation and it was truly the best one we've had yet.  We arrived on May 1 and left (sad but tired) May 8.  This was our third family trip and second to stay at a Disney resort.  Having stayed at Port Orleans Riverside in '09, we wanted to try the French Quarter this time.  For the first few days, my husband and I both still agreed that we liked Riverside better.  Riverside is so lush with vegetation, quiet and generally laid back.  However, by the end of the trip we were hooked on the French Quarter.  It was smaller and easier to navigate between the food court, the pool and the bus stop.  Because of Donna's vast knowledge of Disney and her willingness to share it with me, I was able to plan differently this trip.  Other than the unexpected heat that week (mid nineties!), the general feel of the trip was very laid back and not as rushed as the other trips.  Even before we left, we were already talking about the next trip down and what we were going to do then!  My first step will be to call Dizney Donna!

Thank you Dizney Donna for all your help.   We arrived at the Yacht Club at 5:00PM and virtually had our choice of rooms, we decided on Room #3043 which had our king-size bed along with a beautiful view of Crescent Lake.  This room while slightly smaller than the typical Yacht Club room did have a larger balcony which looked right into EPCOT and we sat there 6 out of 7 nights watching Illuminations, which is one of my wife's favorites.  Thank you Donna for following up with the hotel to insure that we had such a beautiful room.  Upon arrival we called housekeeping and engineering and had a swing-over bench and a handheld shower installed which they accomplished in typical Disney fashion it was perfect.  All of our dinners were perfect; the Special Diet Request that I had sent to Disney.com worked better than I could have ever hoped.  At every restaurant the chef came out and spoke directly with my wife and in almost every case made a meal that met her specific dietary needs.  By far the chef at IL Mulino was incredible; he made a special tomato sauce that he strained out all the seeds and eliminated all fats (he told us that his marinara sauce has 2 lbs of butter per 5 gallons).  He also made a medley of sauted squashes without seeds and it was a night to remember.  The parks were beautiful and definitely less crowded than last year.  All in all, this was one of our best vacations and Lord willing we hope to go again next year.  Thank you Donna for your concern, your help, and your special attention to all of our needs, I know dealing with a hands-on, Type A personality like I am is not that easy but you are always so pleasant and helpful.  We will continue to tell friends and acquaintances about your fine service.  Thank you again Donna and may God Bless.

I am a huge fan of Disney World, Me and my husband love to take our 4 year old grandson with us, Disney World is a state of mind, If you do your research and plan accordingly, and know you are going to have a great time, then everything will be magical, if you don't like to walk, spend money or be around people  you don't know, or stand in line with anticipation of the great show or exciting adventure you are going to see, then Disney World is not for you.  For me and mine it is the most magical, enchanting, wonderful adventure we have ever been on, , and I look forward to returning every year with my grandchildren. 

And it also helps if you use a great travel agent from this website like we use. Her name is Francine, she is a darling, and can make your trip so easy to plan.  Then all you have to do is wait for your vacation packet to come through the mail which is very exciting because it means you have only around 3 weeks before you are at  the most  magical place in the world, it makes me sigh just thinking about it.  Well I hope everyone who wants to go can go, and I also hope  it makes your heart smile like it does mine.

My daughters and I just got back from a wonderful Adventures by Disney trip to Costa Rica. Early in the planning stages I discovered OLP on the Internet and contacted them. I received an immediate response from Christee who assisted me with every part of the planning process, right down to sourcing flights from Canada and arranging an extra night's accommodation when we decided to stay longer. She was always prompt, helpful and informative. I told everyone on our trip about how great Christee was to deal with and how easy she made everything.

While I love traveling, I dislike the planning part - but Christee actually made it a pleasure. We loved our trip and will be using Christee again for our next one...which we hope to take soon.

When my family and I were planning our first trip to Disney, I lucked out when I met someone who recommended OLP to me.  I went to the site and sent along an Email.  That's when the magic really began! 

I was, somehow, put in charge of all the plans by my husband and by my parents, who were joining us for a portion of the trip.  Our girls are 5 and 6 and this was the trip they had "been waiting for their whole life!"  No stress for me at all.  Travel Pixie, Tracee, made my life so much easier!  She helped me every step of the way, planning and making reservations for meals, the resort, everything.  I can't even imagine the headache I would have had if I had been making all of the arrangements.  Tracee answered all of my questions, and Emailed me quickly each time I sent along another question.  Right before the trip, she sent me a detailed itinerary with all of our confirmation numbers for meals, extra travel tips and ideas.  I immediately shrunk and laminated it and used it 100's of times a day! Truly, OLP made our family trip a magically wonderful experience!

Francine helped us plan our first family vacation to Disney World in January.  We had an amazing time.  We traveled with our two small boys (5 and almost 3), as well as my parents and my ten year old niece.  We stayed at the Wilderness Resort which was perfect for our group.  Before we left we had a little problem with our tickets for Seaworld but Francine took care of that and our tickets were at the resort when we arrived. All of our sit down meals were scheduled by Francine and she provided us lots of information on the dining plan as well as general information about the parks which allowed us to fully enjoy our time in each park.  Francine also planned our one day trip to Seaworld, including transportation which went very smoothly.  We were very impressed with Francine's trip planning and the resources provided by Our Laughing Place Travel. Read reviews by this author

I found OLP through the internet when I was looking for information on going to Disney World for my honeymoon. I recieved an email response right away from Christee! She was always fast and had no problem finding the answer to any of my questions. My husband and I stayed at the All-Star Music resort, and we had a blast. When we walked in to the front desk, they gave us Just Married pins to wear and balloons, and they upgraded us to a King size bed. They decorated our room with flowers and a Mickey and Minnie bride and groom stuffed animals. IT WAS A GREAT HONEYMOON!! THANK YOU CHRISTEE FOR MAKING THIS HASSLEFREE FOR US!!! Our family went to Disney in Septemter 2009,  We stayed at Saratoga Springs for the first time and were not disappointed.  The room and service was great!  We have sceduled trips to Disney on our own but have found that using Christee when making our reservations saves us a lot of time and frustration.  Everything goes as planned and she is always quick to get back to us and offer suggestions.  Christee has helped us with several vacations, and we will continue to recommend her to others.

I just wanted to say thanks again to Christee for planning yet another Walt Disney World vacation.  We were there August 18-26th 2009.  We stayed at the Polynesian for the first time and Christee put in a building request for us since I am not familiar with this resort and I did not know which building to request.  The cast members honored this request and it was a great location.  Thanks so much Christee!!  I feel Christee is a great travel pixie as she is always available to answer questions and she responds quickly.  She also is a great help with obtaining advance dining reservations that I would like to have for each vacation.Read reviews by this author

After trying to plan a Disneyworld vacation by myself, I realized that it was just too overwhelming and some knowledgeable advice would be needed.  I tried contacting about 4 other travel agents via email and phone and never got a response.  Christee was the only travel agent to answer her phone. She delivered the best service possible.  She answered all of my questions and made all of the arrangements for our trip.  We just got back and things could not have gone any better.  We had a wonderful problem-free vacation! The hotel she recommended (Wilderness Lodge) was perfect for my family - nice room, fantastic pool with activities for the kids, fun and close boat ride to Magical Kingdom.  The transportation from airport to hotel was smooth and easy.  All of the paperwork we were given was organized and easy to use.  I just can't say enough - THANKS for making our family trip so wonderful!  I will be calling again to have Christee arrange our next trip to Disneyworld!Read reviews by this author

Just returned from an incredible South African safari, arranged by Travel Pixie Christee... it was perfect!  Thanks so much for all your help in planning for this trip!!  From trip reservations to flight arrangements, which for South Africa can be quite challenging, Christee worked her magic and made sure everything was OK, kept us updated, and followed up as the trip date got closer.  She answered our questions and emails very quickly, so we never had to worry.  I highly recommend Christee and OLP, and will not hesitate to use her again for future Disney adventures.  thanks again!!!

The kids and us really enjoyed this vacation, everything was perfect since you planned it so well. We  had the most beautiful campsite in loop 300 (#324) . Christee is such a wonderful travel pixie.  She has planned and booked our last two Disney World vacations, the last being in November 2008.  And I am most thankful to her for taking care of a situation that came up in the family after having everything booked and documents were received.  She did an outstanding job with the changes that were made with such short notice.  Now, I have contacted Christee again for our next trip in August. 

Christee always has time to answer as many questions that you may come up with.  She also responds quickly to her emails.  She is a great help with optaining advance dining reservations where and  close to the time you would like to dine.

Oh my God , what a great trip !!! We had been there 3 times in the past but this year was different. This was the first trip for my mother of 82 and the second for my sister , meeting us there from San Antonio Tx.. Anything and everything was thought out for us and everything was there for us upon arrival . We had a motorized cart for my mom who does not walk well , we had the great meal plan , great weather and most of all just a great trip that we didnt have to worry about anything except having a special family trip.   We had the best vacation of our lives in Disney World!! I'm still on cloud nine  :) Let me begin by saying that your planning and tips were priceless. My "bible" (as it became called by Glenn) that I created from all your emails, tips, itineraries, guides, etc. was used multiple times throughout each day. I organized everything into a three ring binder that I  broke down into each Park so once we were inside a park, we looked in that section for our dining reservations and other tips for the day. Your planning of what park to visit on each day was spot on so thank you for your time in making our dream vacation, a dream! It truely was "the happiest place on earth".

Selena is the bomb!!!  This was our second trip to Disney World.  The first time we had no idea what to expect or just how big Disney truly is.  Knowing how much there is to it we decided to use a travel agent this time for our 8 day vacation.   Selena helped us plan our trip without having to have the hassle of doing all the planning.  She knew what we needed for our party of 6 including a 9 year old a 6 year old, an 18 month old!!! and a grandma.  She did all of our reservations early on and we got everything we wanted.  She suggested the Christmas Party to us and we decided to fork out the extra dough for it.  She was right (Thanks Selena!!!) it was well worth the money.  The fireworks show that night has to be the best ever.  Having free cocoa and sugar cookies while we watched was sweet too.    All in all, our vacation ruled because Selena is the thing that rules!  The trip packet she provided to us for our trip had everything we could possibly need.  Pins for the kids, Disney Magical Express info, our flight information, and as she referred to it the NOVEL.  LOL. The NOVEL was her wonderful guide filled with hints and tips to make our vacation perfect.  She even gave us a packing list so we could be sure we didn't forget anything at home.  We had been saving for this trip for over a year.  Thanks to Selena we had a blast without having the hassle involved in planning a trip of this magnitude. 

Thanks a Million Selena!   We will certainly be using you for our future trips.  (...and tell others to use you too!!! )

I love the OLP travel agents!!  They make the planning phase of the trip, which is its own fun experience, so easy.  Tracee is, and will always be, my Disney travel expert.  I had a trip planned for December 2009, and Tracee let me know of a deep discounted package available in early 2009.  She was able to help me get my reservation moved, and get all of my dining reservations on very short notice.

I am able to let Tracee know what my dining requests are, and even what time I would prefer ,and she is able to get them pretty close to my request and even recommend others if something is booked.  She is very responsive and quick to assist.  She has helped me do everything from helping secure rental cars, to dining reservations, and even helping secure other theme park tickets.  She does it all and is a great help.  I highly recommend OLP Travel to all my family and friends.

Do you believe in Fairy God Mothers?  Well we had a GREAT one who's name was CHRISTEE!!!!

Christee was extremely helpful form start to finish!  From the day I contacted her to see if our budget would allow such an experience to exist to the last detail.  She told us all what times to be at the transportation sites in order to make the day's event, (Which was great or we would be late for our own ball), and she knew just the correct places to dine with our 9 and 12 year old children.  The freebies that were included from OLP travel such as the 5x7 photo was a great suprise! I really thank Christee for keeping my questions at the park to a minimumn.  We did not miss a beat and all the days were well planned.  I can not thank our Fairy God Mother enough for all that she did.  Jenna and Corey now know how and where to find their Prince Charming, or Cinderella.  Brad and I look forward to having another trip back knowing exactly how to plan...by letting our Fairy God Mother do all the work. CHRISTEE, you worked your MAGIC in so many ways.  I cannot thank you enough for making our first "REALLY BIG Family vacation" the BEST!  Thanks again for ALL of your Pixi Dust Magic.  !!!!  To those going to Disney , Have a Magical Day!

Thank you for all your help.  Beth and I had the honeymoon we dreamed about it.  From start to finish it went smoothly and was a ton of fun.  We felt like we ate like royalty and the dinner shows where awesome!  Our room did have a king size bed (as requested) and the view of the Arusha Savannah was beautiful.  Having the rental car was easy to access and came in handy.  Thanks again and we will definitly use you in future trips to Disney!

My family spent 8 days  in WDW and had an absolutely Magical time, due in part to all of Donna's help with our trip! I have never had a travel agent spend so much time planning with my family, giving countless tips and many many phone calls making sure all of our dreams would come true. She is truly an expert on WDW and loves her job! I could go on and on about all of the help she gave in the months leading up to our trip, but the day of our trip she helped us in a way I will never forget! We had a problem with our rental car company when my husband went to pick up the car near our home. I got Donna on the phone quickly and she helped us figure out which company to switch to based on where the drop off places were in Disney. Well, the rental car company agent kept telling us there was no drop off place on Disney Property. We were getting stressed and desperate needing to leave for our trip! But, Donna was persistant and kept insisting that there was INDEED a drop off location in Disney. We Finally got it worked out and got on the road, but we would never have been able to get it done without Donna. The help she gave just on that one day was priceless and meant so much to us. It turned a very stressful moment around and helped us begin our trip that ended up being wonderful! I tell everyone about Donna! I look forward to using her again and again!

Tracee was great! I knew OLP and Tracee would be great when I asked Tracee to help me keep our trip a surprise for our 12 and 9 year old.  All emails, letters and travel packages were sent discretely so our kids never got a clue and were completely surprised.  You can only get personal treatment like that from people who care about your trip.  It was our first trip and she helped me through all my questions and anxiety.   My mother and I decided we would take a 'girls only' DIsney vacation and once I contacted Selena she took care of all the details for us!  After one email with some vague ideas about what we wanted, she got back to me within a few minutes with several packages and payment options. Selena took care of all reservations-resort, transportation and otherwise. She spent time on the phone with me answering all questions no matter how strange they were.  She also took the time to investigate where my travel documents were when I hadn't recieved them and I sent her a 'panic email'. Selena was gracious enough to send me her own travel packet with pins and travel tips for the first time visitor-she almost hand delivered them to me too!!  There was even a 'WELCOME HOME' email in my mail box the day we got home. As I planned for our 1st trip to Dsiney you quickly become overwhelmed with all the details and what to do and how to do etc....  I fell upon OLP travel site, and it was just a breeze from there on out.  Selena, who is just the nicest most helpful person ever responded to my email and off we went.  I did nothing ...but tell her my likes and dislikes and how old my 2 girls were and she made the perfect trip for us.  Everything from breakfast - dinner to shows and appoinments at the BBB and the pirate and princess party was booked with confirmation numbers and times.  I never once had to think about making a reservation...everything came to me in the mail all done and ready for us to go.  Her tips included what to pack, what to do, when to do it.  We had a car waiting for us with a trip to the market to pick up odds and ends and water bottles etc...and snacks when we arrived at the airport.  Selena was very detailed oriented and really listened to what we liked and disliked and every choice she made for us was perfect.  I will always come back to Selena for Disney and other trips!  Her knowledge on Disney is amazing and she will help make your trip to Disney just perfect.  My family and I thnak  you so much for all your time and effort---we had the best time ever!!!!!  Dana

My husband and our two children went on a wonderful Hawaiian adventure to the Big Island! Francine recommended the Keahou Outrigger Resort in Kona and it proved to be absolutely wonderful! Our children traveled just fine (ages 8 and almost 2)

The Big Island has so many different climates from ocean beaches (including black and green sand ones), rain forests, lava flows...the list goes on and on.  If you are planning on going to Hawaii I really recommend staying on the Kona Coast (home of the famous Kona coffee) and using our resort.

There are so many activities to participate in I highly recommend getting the book "Hawaii, The Big Island Revealed" by Andrew Doughty and looking at your many choices. 

Francine was instrumental in our having such a fantastic trip and will be our agent for years to come!

Tracee helped me set up my Disney trip which was no mean feat! She had to help cooridinate three people two of whom live in Kentucky. Somehow she did it, and we even all arrived at the airport within 20mins of each other! We would have never known about the awesome meal plans or all the other little perks that are available. We had a great time at "The World". The P&PP was worth the price of admission. You could ride any ride you wanted without any wait and just move around with hardly any one around you. Stayed in the Touchdown building, ground floor, and was just as good as the preferred rooms. Flight was only 1hr. 19 min. long and no delays. You did an awesome job and hope to be booking again with you real soon.

Our, trip went off without a hitch and we owe it all to Christee!!!  She took care of everything for us.... from the booking of the resort, making all our dinner reservations, to even booking a car for us to take to Sea World!  She suggested going to Whispering Canyon for dinner one night and the kids had a blast with all the activities they have to keep the kids entertained.  One thing I appreciated very much was the quick response through email.  I never had to wait long for an answer to a question I had.  Once we got off the plane, we had nothing to worry about, we could just enjoy our vacation!     Read reviews by this author

Our resort (Saratoga Springs) was lovely.  Having the kitchen and washer/dryer was perfect! Chef Mickey's was perfect as was everything including the weather.  Next time, I think I would like to try something closer to the Magic Kingdom or Epcot so we don’t have such a long bus ride.  Maybe the Beach Club Resort or Boardwalk but for this first time, everything was perfect and we all can’t wait to go back.  I have already listed some favorites for next time.  Todd said he wants to go back at Christmas again since it was so beautiful and the Very Merry Christmas party was a huge hit with all of us.

Francine did a marvelous job setting up reservations on Disney Cruise Lines for me and 3 family members; She picked a perfect stateroom - near the stairs and elevator, right under the Buffet and right above most of the restaurants; And she also found a hotel for the night before the cruise, and set up a 2-night stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge after the cruise.  AKL upgraded me from a standard room to a savannah view room, and I somehow think it was the reputation of OLP and Francine that made that happen

This was a trip of the a lifetime for us -- an 8 day Land/Sea vacation at WDW and Disney Wonder.  Everything went better than expected thanks to Donna!

I had done a lot of research through message boards, books, etc. to try to plan everything, but a lot of the information that Donna provides is truly an insider secret.  She even knows the best indivdual rooms to pick!  It was so nice not having to worry about restaurant reservations, arranging transporation from WDW to the cruise...Donna did it all.  We got concierge level service, and the best part was we got it for free. 

Thanks to Donna we got an upgraded room and a discount (yes, we saved money on the orignal price and got a better room!).  I will never plan another Disney trip without Donna.  She saved me so much time and hassle, I would have gladly paid for this service. 

Definitely read all the tips that Donna gives you and follow them!

My family is still on a "Disney High" even though our trip has come and gone!

I wanted to take a moment and thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the work you put in to helping make this Exum Grand Gathering as /magical/ as it could possibly be.  Each family has expressed (more than once) what a fantastic time they had and how smoothly everything went. We just returned from a week at Port Orleans Riverside that Christee planned for us.  Everything was planned perfectly for us from our room request, advanced reservations for dining, MNSSHP tickets, to extra magical surprises--we were greeting the night we arrived with a pirate hat full of candy that arrived in our room nicely wrapped and tied up in a bow. 

This is the second trip that Christee has planned for us, and I‘m already thinking about the next one!  I tell all my friends that when planning a Disney vacation, you can‘t beat Christee to make sure your vacation dreams come true.  Thanks Christee, you truly are a blessing to us!!

We have been fortunate enough to have had Frannie‘s expertise in planning our last 2 visits to WDW. I can not say enough about her commitment to ensuring that our visits have gone smooth and effortless for us. Our last trip began on October 21st, Frannie was at WDW on her own vacation during the week leading up to our arrival but still e-mailed me from her room when I had minor questions. My only regret was that we had 1 day where we both where on property but because of family commitments I did not get to meet her in person.

I tell everyone I come in contact with that have desires to visit WDW about Frannie and OLP.

One of my Best Friends is getting married in June and wanted a WDW honeymoon. She will be booking with Frannie because of my insistance that she will not get any better, personalized advice and assistance with a travel agency. Frannie knows WDW inside and ourt!!

I had numerous conversations at my Resort with people from all over the world about how they made thier reservations and they didn‘t get the type of personlized service that Frannie offers. Needless to say they now have Frannie‘s name and website.

Frannie - just a heads up - I will be contacting you about another Magical trip in early December 2008.

My family stayed at the Animial Kingdom Lodge.  My 3 year old daughter LOVED IT!!!  She enjoyed seeing the animals outside from our balconey.  We also enjoyed the pool that had a very cool water slide.  They was a hot tub area and a neat little play ground area for the children.  They had arts and crafts for the kids to make T-shirts,etc.  We had b‘fast at the Boma restaurant which was very very good.  We were able to go to our room as soon as we got there (which was in the morning).  They have a hugh gift shop to pick up those last mintue gifts.  The only down fall was that it was very very hot.  We went the first week of Sept.  My daughter still talks about the animals and wants go see them again.  Her fav. place was the Magic Kingdom which was geared more towards smaller children.  She was able to ride several of the rides and still talks about riding in the pink tea cup. We had a wonderful time just wished we had more time to spend there to see everything. Donna our travel agent was wonderful and made all the arrangements and easy to follow instructions.  When we do go back to Disney World, we plan to use her again :)Read reviews by this author

     My granddaughter and I recently went on Disney‘s Spirit of America Tour.  We visited Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and Williamsburg, VA.  We experienced the settings where they were created and viewed the actual documents upon which our country was founded.  We  ran up the steps of the Museum of Art in Philadelphia, just like Rocky; bicycled on the Mall in D.C., visiting all our national monuments; visited Mount Vernon; and experienced what life was like in Williamsburg in the 1700s.   

Our Disney tour guides were fabulous.  They were informative, helpful and fun.  The hotels were first rate. (The Great Wolf Lodge has the LARGEST water park I‘ve ever experienced with more water slides than I‘ve ever seen in one place.)

Tracee, our Disney travel agent, took care of our airline reservations and got us onto the tour.  It was terrific: just pack and GO!

After this experience I would travel anywhere in the world with Disney.  (And, I understand that soon Disney  will be going everywhere in the world.)

I have been planning a long awaited getaway to Disney World, and I cannot be happier that I found Tracee and OLP Travel.  I have been planning my October 2007 Trip since early May 2006.  And from my first contact with Tracee in May ‘06, She has been great and really treats you like family.

Her suggestions for dining, and activities has been a great help in planning.  She is very responsive to all my emails, and if she is out of the office, she has someone else help in answering my questions.  No matter what questions I have, she is always helping coming up with an answer.  Even as a former Cast Member, I still have many questions about the Reservation process.  She has made it seem so easy and effortless. 

She works hard, and her love for all things Disney really shows.  Whether it is making sure that you receive you Halloween Party Tickets to suggesting great character dining to even assisting with Car Rentals, she does it all. 

She takes all of the stress out of the planning aspect of the vacation.  She is an invaluable resource, and will be first contact for all my future Disney trips!

Our trip to Walt Disney World was nothing short of spectacular! My husband had been there once before but, my daughter and I were “first timers”.

If not for Donna, we would never have had the personal experience we had. What a privilege to have had the whole tripped planned by a personal professional for us. We wouldn’t have even known of all of the possibilities open to us without her expertise. Thank you so much for that.  I felt so reassured that we had made the right choice in the beginning by selecting her to help us plan our trip.

My daughter, Marlee (only 4 yrs old) kept repeating that we must find a special way to thank Disney Donna. She thinks she is a fairy that works for Tinkerbell! She believes now that pixie dust is real because Disney Donna said she had sprinkled it over our whole trip so it would be truly special. And it was!  The memories we made will last us a lifetime. Marlee’s special dinner (Princess Storybook Dinner) with the princesses brought tears to my eyes over and over. I had to remind myself it was for HER – not me….I wondered though!  Ha ha! The photos we were able to take were priceless!

My husband felt very proud knowing he was showing us all of this for the first time. He kept us running the whole time as to assure that we didn’t miss a thing!  The fireworks, the shows, the parades are all something to behold. They held us spellbound. Marlee and I agree ---fireworks will never be the same for us after Walt Disney World.

We sure hope to do it all again in the future. And surely, we’ll be calling Donna!  Her experience and expertise is what it made it possible for us to make the most of our trip and to really have a magical time. WE DID!!!

I just wanted to sincerely thank Francine for helping us plan our vacation on April 1-4 at the Grand Floridian.  If it wasn't for all the lunch and dinner reservations the trip would have been a disaster for us and my grandaughter.  It was Easter break, and there were wall-to-wall people.  Rides were at least 90 minute wait-babies crying and overheated, kids throwing tantrums, etc. But we totally had it over everyone with the great character dinners.

A short story on the great services at the hotel.  The 2 of us and my 9 yr old grandaughter-Megan went to Animal Kingdom on the bus.  While there, Meg bought a small Pluto animal.  On the bus return we noticed it had a tear and the stuffing was coming out.  I stopped at Gr. Fl desk to ask for a sewing kit. They said they would send it to the room,  and I walked away thinking that my Meg was behind us.  When we turned around she was talking to the person at the desk.  She said she needed the kit now so we could sew it. They called the concierge, who told her he would send a car back to the Animal Kingdom and get her a new doll and would bring it to her room.  One hour later, a knock at the door, there stood 2 concierges with 4 balloons, a new Pluto and a personally autogaphed picture to Meg from Pluto.  Look on her face was priceless.  Great job Francine.  Thanks so much.  Judy

We have booked our past 3 WDW trips through Tracee.  (Grand Floridian - trip of a lifetime!, Wilderness Lodge, and most recently Polynesian & Beach Club)  She does it all - dining plans, additional party tickets, everything!  She is also full of wonderful suggestions on where to eat, special events, activities, and always on the look out for a discount - even after booking!  We are in the process of saving up for our next trip.  Again, we will book with Tracee and OLP Travel.  She truly wants you to have the most magical Disney Vacation you can!

We just returned from a 4-night vacation at WDW, and Christee handled almost all of our arrangements.  The next time we go (and we will definitely go again), Christee will be my first phone call/e-mail.  Our family of 4 (including a 6 year-old and a 4 year-old) had a blast!  Plus, by using Christee I know we saved money.  We had booked our trip well in advance, and at some point before we left, Disney released a package deal where we could get a better room for less money.  Christee hooked us up with that, and BOOM, we saved $200.  I'm sure we wouldn't have known of that special/deal without her.

We stayed at the All-Star Movies "resort."  My family wanted to save money on the resort/lodging part of the trip (figuring that we weren't going to Disney to spend a lot of time in our room), and it was the right decision.  The All Star complexes are like a clean Super 8 motel.  That was perfectly fine for us, but if you're hoping to be "wowed" by the experience at your "resort," this might be a little low-end for you.

Again, Christee was a GREAT resource, and we very much appreciated her help with all of our planning and our "dumb questions."

Christee helped us plan our week long stay at Disney. We stayed at the Pop Century, and while it was nothing special - the room was quite small, we were there so little it really didn't matter. We had the Disney dining service and thought that was the way to go. Honestly, it was too much food, but I think for the money, we had quite a deal. We had 4 character meals and they were all great. We ate at Chef Mickey's which was great. As well as the Crystal Palace. We also had breakfast in Normandy (Christee we ended up canceling Alfredo's to have another character meal and people told us Normandy was a great place to see the princesses). We had dinner at the Cinderella castle and while this was a great meal and a fun place, I was disappointed that we didn't see more princesses during that meal. Some people told me you see more at bf and lunch so I would consider that next time. Whispering Canyon was a great meal and lots of fun. The buses and magical express were very user friendly. And we loved all 4 parks! It was a little on the cool side - too cool for the water parks - but we had very little lines and very short waits. I swear we saw every show and loved them all. I felt we were given a great "deal" through Christee and totally got our money's worth. When we go next time, I will contact Christee again!Read reviews by this author

In Sept we took our second trip using OLP travel!  Once again, it was amazing!  All our AR's were exactly like we wanted them, we got the best deals possible, and had a magical vacation!  It was stress free planning for me!  I told Francine (or Anne back in 2004) what we wanted and tada, there it was!  For me, no matter where we go on our next vacation, OLP travel will be planning it for me!!!  They are all amazing!!  Thank you, ladies!!

Our trip in November 2006 was fantastic!! It was really nice, and Francine is such a wonderful travel pixie!! It is SO easy to talk to her, she is SO accomodating and  knows just what we need t.o have a magical vacation. And if by some strange reason she doesn't  know what we want exactly,she listens, and gives good advice...I trust her with our travel plans immensely!

Our room at the Wilderness Lodge was in the perfect location for us. I requested a room near an elevator,just to be closer to the lobby, etc. and Francine made that possible. She made all our dining arrangements, which turned out perfectly. I would highly recommend Francine and OLP to anyone looking for help and information regarding their vacation plans.

I am looking forward to go back to Disney World next year, and other vacation spots in the future, and I'm sure Francine will sprinkle pixie dust all over my travel plans!!

Our vacation to WDW during the Thanksgiving Holidays was one we will never forget!  We owe a great BIG thank you to our gracious travel agent who was the very BEST there is.  Thank you Donna, for being there for us at the beginning of our planning to the very end of our wonderful trip!  She even took phone calls for last minute reservations during our week there, and got us different dinner reservations even when she was really sick!  She is the very best for sure!  She is family but still was there for our every need!  Thanks Donna for everything!  The food and accomodations were great and we just enjoyed everything about our trip!  Can't wait to go back.  I would highly recommend Donna at our Our Laughing Place for all your WDW travel needs!  Wish I was there right now!  Your never too old to be a KID again!

We had a terrific time in Disney World - with a lot of help from Francine!  I tend to make all of our own travel plans using the internet to both book and do research ---- but this time I used an agency.  I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with how much information I learned from Francine and how much better our trip was as a result.

She helped pick and book a good hotel.  Advised on the dining plan and made reservations for us.  And also helped map out our scheudule for which days to go where.

Best of all, Francine was always great to talk to - ended up feeling like you made a friend!

We just spent a wonderful week in Disney World - 10/29 until 11/5/06.  My husband and I have been there several times in the past, but never stayed in a Disney resort.  Our son, whose 6th birthday was on 11/6/06, was going for his first time.   Francine, from OLP, was wonderful.  She made our trip easy to plan and very enjoyable.   Along with our son's 6th birthday, we celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary.  Francine, who made all of our dinner reservations, made certain to tell the restaurants of our celebrations.   What  a surprise when the divers at the Coral Reef restaurant held up a Happy 15th Anniversary sign with our names on it.  What a magical moment when our son was selected to start the Fireworks at Epcot - (we were told that Mickey Mouse was stuck on a monorail and needed our son's assistance.)  Our hotel was great - Port Orleans French Quarter.  Not too big.  Great pool with an awesome slide!  The only complaint we had was the curtain seperating the sink area from the bedroom area - it was gold in color and not very thick - when my husband would wake up early to exercise, the lights from the sink area would illuminate the rest of the room and wake us all up.  A suggestion would be using a room darkening curtain. 

We will definitely be returning and would not stay anywhere else than in a Disney resort.  The transportation system runs flawlessly and the boat to Downtown Disney was a nice alternative to the buses.   Thanks to Francine, and to Disney, for a wonderful vacation with lots of magical memories.

We recently returned from a great trip to Disney.  We loved the Animal Kingdom.  Nearly the minute we walked into our room at noon (early check in :) , we noticed a giraffe walking towards us.  We went to grab the camera and of course lost it behind some trees.  Next thing you know he/she reappears right in front of us and 2 others giraffes are headed toward us.  We hung out on our balcony for the next 15 minutes watching giraffes eat leaves 20 yards in front of us.  It was really cool and made my wife's trip.   Thanks to Tracee for saving us money while getting us the Savanah upgrade.  Also had a great time at the Dolpin where we stayed for 3 nights.  All the meals were great, Tracee took care of everything and all we had to do was show up and eat :)  She made a great vacation, easy.  Thanks so much for all your help, it was a great trip.

Our trip to Disney was magical to say the least!  Christee helped me plan this trip and was outstanding in her knowledge of Disney.  I couldn't have planned/figured out Disney without her!  I will be recommending Christee to everyone I know who is planning on a Disney vacation.  My family enjoyed all the parks, plus SeaWorld.    SeaWorld and the Shamu show were great!  At Animal Kingdom, my favorite was the Festival of the Lion King show, what a surprise - it's like a Broadway play!  At Magic Kingdom, we enjoyed everything.  The castle is magical and the show that is performed in the front it not to be missed.  We saw the Wishes fireworks three times!  At MGM - we enjoyed  alot more than I thought we would.  Star Tours for my son, the Beauty show for the whole family.  The cars parade was awesome too.   We had three character breakfasts that were memorable.  We stayed at the Port Orleans Riverside & was on the Dining Plan.  As for the Dining Plan, you get a ton of food!!   So much to say:)  We plan to return in three years, and I will be calling Christee for all her expert advice.  She's the BEST!

We just returned from a seven day stay at Disney's Polynesian Resort completely planned and organized by Christee.   I have been working with Christee for a year on the plans to include Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party on Halloween Night with dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern before the event.  I cannot thank Christee enough for all the work she put into making this trip truly a dream come true.  When our airline intinerary changed at the last minute, Christee was able to make us last minute ressies for lunch at Kona upon our arrival.  I can't wait to start planning another trip and I'll definitely be calling upon Christee.  Thanks so much, Christee, for everything!!

Well, I must say that when I began to plan this special WDW trip I was completely overwhelmed.  Then I found OLP and Donna.  This lady is a class act all the way.  Not only did she take the time to answer every silly question but she responded very promptly!  She took the time to get to know a little more about us and I think she did an amazing job of taking that information and making suggestions.  And boy, did she hit the nail on the head, EVERYTIME! 

This was a trip for just my son and I as my husband is deployed.  Donna always asked about him and how things were going with him.  It made me feel that even though he was not able to go with us, he was not excluded!

Donna, I can't thank you enough for your help.  You are the best!!! 

We will use Donna again in the future and I will NOT let any of my friends or family go on any Disney trip without contacting her first!

We have never seen such wonderful customer service and knowledge from a travel and booking agent. Our trip was June 10th- June 18th. Even with the  Tropical Storm we had just the best time. We are from Seattle and the weather was a great mix of sunshine and home. This was my wife's frist trip to Disney. Donna made this trip so relaxing and fun filled. Her pick on places to eat and reservations were top notch. We loved Epcot and all ther great food there. Dinner on my wife's Birthday at the Castle really was amazing. After spending 4 weeks sleeping on a terrible mattress, cooking dinner on a hotplate and washing dishes in a bathroom sink I was desperate to find a better place to finish out my business trip in Kettering, Ohio, even if I had to pay for some of the cost of the room. Francine to the rescue! My number one priority was a room with a good mattress. She did some research and came up with the Residence Inn. Not only was the bed heaven, but I had a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher and, ofcourse, a stove to cook on. I gave my hot plate to the thrift shop and spent the rest of my 6 week trip living in abosolute comfort. Thank you so much for rescuing me! After several changes we wound up with an 8 night, 9 day stay at the Yacht Club concierge with a lagoon view and a FREE dining plan which saved us over $2000. Christee stayed right on top of everything and made all of our arrangements for Tiffany Towncar, our Priority Seating ressies, and even our special requests for room gifts. I got updated itineraries and never had to worry about having to find a phone number or a confirmation number. Absolutely fantastic experience

I had always heard about how great staying in Concierge could be, but never in my wildest dreams imagined what I experienced. First of all, we are DVC members, and usually stay in DVC resorts, but seeing the points cost for weekends we decided to try something different and save the points for a later trip, which we are taking just after Thanksgiving to experience Mickeys Very Merry Christmas Party. Anyhow, back to our last trip. I had written to Christee at OLP Travel to get an idea about staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge Concierge. She was great! She immediately set out to get some information, including the fact that I have Annual Passes, and then told me that the discounts would be out soon for pass holders. A week later she sent me a quote that saved me well over $200. She also made our reservation for the Sunrise Safari, which you can only do if you stay in Concierge. That is a definate must do for anyone who loves animals, and wants to see them when they are most active. From the time we pulled up to the lodge we felt like royalty. They wisk you right up to your room without even having to check in. Our Bellman had our room keys waiting for us, and escourted us right to the room, put our luggage away, and told us when we were freshened up to go out to the desk, and introduce ourselves to the staff. What a cool deal! Concierge also allowed us to do as the animals we observed from our balcony do, "graze". They put out all kind of finger foods all day, and most of the night. You gotta try the African Smoothie! Saturday evening there was enough food to satisfy the 5 of us for dinner. I really dont mean to sound cheap, but we were so stuffed from eating for about an hour and a half from the buffet style tables, that nobody wanted to go out and eat.Sunday we awoke at 5:30 AM, to meet everyone in the concierge lounge, grab so juice and coffee, then get wisked away to some busses for our sunrise odysey. They broght us backstage, put us on a safari vehicle, and we embarked on a truly amazing trip around the Savanah. A baby white rhino was within 3 feet of our vehicle, whith mom about 6 feet away observing what was going on, leapards playing in the morning shade, lions enjoying the first rays of sunshine. Unreal! At the end of this hour long tour, we were escourted to the Tusker House for a breakfast buffet fit for an African King! Sure this special tour cost extra, but it is worth every dime, and then some. If you choose to go, make sure you are plenty hungry, and dont forget to have the "Banana French Toast", Mmmmmmmmmm, I could have stayed eating those things all day. Later Sunday we returned to Boardwalk but kept talking about our experience at Animal Kingdom Lodge. That will be a must do from now on. I would like to start this by saying that I am not usually the " testimonial" type, reason being, I figure if a person has tasked themselves with a particular career, then they should do it! That being said, I must say, in an era where most folks in any type of public servicing position, more likely than not, will use their clients as a means of filling their coffers, Francine Weinandy is a class act ! In my dealings with her she has outshone any one that I can remember in recent, or distant business transactions for that matter! Francine has literally gone out of her way to provide my family with the very best discounts and options available, on our Disney vacation plans, even though she had already secured a package that we were happy with, in other words she saved us money that she did not have to! I just returned from WDW and had a great time. Having OLP book my trip was the smartest move I have ever made. They took care of everything to include little perks I would have never gotten had I done it myself. Fran was super and made this a memorable trip for me and my family. The Magic of Franniepoppins

My magical moment came before I even left my house. My son and I have been enjoying yearly trips to WDW since 1998 and have enlisted the help of Our Laughing Place Travel for the last two. This year proved to be special because of Francine Weinandy. Her motto of "Lets make some magic" was never truer for us.

I like to plan way ahead, as eveyone knows, thats half the fun! We dont require a lot of planning, but Francine was very helpful and nice. She met our needs and saved us money. But the magic didnt end there.

Three days before we were supposed to leave in October, my 90 year old mother passed away. I had emailed Francine on Friday to let her know that we had moved my mother to Hospice and that something might happen. I had been in the habit of purchasing travel insurance for the last few years for this reason, but didnt know the drill. Francine told me not to worry, she would take care of everything. What a blessing! I spent almost the whole day Sunday trying to revamp flights and rentals, but did not have to worry about our accommodations at all.

It was a bittersweet trip as my Mom, my son, and I had been together at the Magic Kingdom years ealier and we rememebered watching the fireworks in front of the castle with her.

I told Francine she was the Magic for us this year and we certainly plan to enlist her help for next years trip as well! Its almost time to start planning again!

Fall fun

Hubby and I took a trip at almost last minute notice(4 Weeks). Our travel pixie,Christee Thomas arranged our hotel and tickets to MNSSHParty. We had the best time, all this was being done in the midst of Jeanne and Ivan. Great Disney Experience

Christee Thomas did a great job helping make all the plans prior to the trip. We were scheduled to arrive the day after Hurrican Charlie arrived and Christee did a great checking on us and ensuring that things continue to run smoothly. I just have to say that Christee and OLP travel did a great job with our Carnival Cruise to the Caribbean. Christee took care of all the details and inquiries to Carnival. OLP Travel isnt just for Disney! Christee was always prompt and thorough and a joy to talk to on the phone too! Well what can I say.. I put an enquiry through to the web enquiry address and Christee came back immediately with all the relevent information and options. It was so professional I booked the holiday there and then. To make things better Christee contacted us 3 weeks before the holiday to tell us she had managed to save us 800 bucks ona new Disney deal that had just been released. We stayed here one night on our June trip because of flight changes. Christee got us an ap price I didnt expect!!!!! We werent overly impressed with POP , too big and spread out.The room was okay and about what we expected after staying at All Star Movies on a previous trip. All in all, Id rather stay at All Star Movies,(smaller and has more of that Disney feel). Water, Hiking, Animal Kingdom

Having done LOTS of homework before leaving home for our first WDW trip, those were the three things I was not totally prepared for: H2O, hiking, and AK.

1) It was Florida in the summer. I KNEW we would need water. I just had no idea how MUCH. We went the first week of June, and I swear it was the hottest place on earth. I later found out it was hotter than normal for that time of year. We brought a case of bottled water for our family of four, but we easily bought a couple of cases in the parks when we had drained ours. Some of the drinking fountains were okay, but others (like the ones on Tom Sawyer Island)were awful. Even when youre as thirsty as we were!

2)We brought good shoes, mole skins, etc., but one day my pedometer logged 36,000 steps (2200 steps to a mile). The distance from the front desk to our hotel room at Animal Kingdom Lodge seemed like about 5 miles (at least a 5 minute walk), so keep that in mind if youre disabled or have small children.

3) Animal Kingdom is a well-kept secret. Our family chose it as our favorite park! The Lion King show was unbelievable, the safari ride was very clever, and the Dinosaur ride was a favorite. We loved the feel of the park, and it was also the coolest, thanks to all the shade from the trees. Quite a surprise for all of us.

Thank you to Francine at Our Laughing Place travel for her dilligence in getting us the best deals, and never appearing to be tired of all of our stupid planning questions. She won our business initially because of her fast response to my first email query, but we continued to work with her because of her persistence and personality.

BTW, do NOT miss Fantasmic in MGM. We were in the "world" 5 days, and that was our hands-down favorite. Thunderstorms threatened to cancel and we had a long, rainy wait, but it was worth our tired bottoms and soggy hair when the clouds parted and the show began. Unbelievable and unforgettable. We had Christee plan our June trip and I must say , she is Fantastic !!!!!!!! She kept us updated on discounts and kept checking for the AP discounts for us. She also let us know as soon as we could transfer our stay from River Side to French Quarter!!!! The trip went great and I (we) will definitely use OLP again!!!! In fact , Christee is already taking care of our March trip for my wifes birthday trip!!!!

Just returned from 5 wonderful days at Disney! Wish it had been 10! It was stress-free because of Christee Thomas and all the wonderful help and insight she gave us! We are novice and it was mind-boggling until we found Our Laughing Place and Christee! From our limo which picked us up from the airport in Orlando (standing there when we got off the plane) to our rooms at the Port Orleans and home again with absolutely nothing but fun! All our priority seating was handled and nothing went wrong or was even delayed. It was just wonderful and from now on she will always be our pixie! Our granddaughter is six and there will be more trips Im sure and they will all be with Christees help! All I have to say is THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!! Read reviews by this author

Wow...what a vacation

Christee - Wow...what a vacation. It was a lot of physical work, not a lot of R&R, but everything was great about the trip. Thank you so much for getting us into the concierge Hawaii building. Once we were in, it was a matter of making adjustments to get exactly what we wanted. The bell captain was able to get us the 1st 4 nights in a lagoon view room once we checked in. After that Kathy was able to extend our stay in the same room (after talking with the hotel manager). People at the Polynesian went out of their way to make this a dream vacation for us. We had great meal reservations: Cinderellas Royal Table for a character breakfast, Sci Fi at MGM, Ohanas at the Polynesian, the Luau show at the Poly, Tonys on Main Street at the MK, Rain Forest Cafe at Animal Kingdon, and Jikos at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. Weather was great for most of the time. Had a little rain Tuesday, and Wednesday was windy and cold. (Of course this was our scheduled day at Blizzard Beach). Saw fireworks and boat show from our room nightly, and got to go on all the popular fast rides early in the morning before parks opened, or when the traffic was light. Magical Trip

I would like to briefly let everyone know how happy I am with OLP Travel. Our OLP Travel Pixie was Francine, in her own words "Lets Create Some Magic", well thats an understatement! My wife and I planned a short four-day trip to WDW at Port Orleans Riverside to celebrate my wifes birthday. Francine was quick to respond to any and all of our questions and even made some recommendations. She made all our reservations from transportation, resort accommodations to our Priority Seating arrangements. Francine made my wifes birthday dinner even more special, by her diligence in getting a later PS time at Cinderellas Royal Table. February trip

Hi Christee. Sorry I havent gotten back to you since we got back. It has been a little busy getting back to our normal schedules. Anyway, we never made it to Donalds Breakfast. We decided to stay at the pool and beach at our hotel instead. We rented bikes and road to Ft. Wilderness and rode ponies. The kids loved it. We had a great trip and I owe it to you. Disney vacation stay at the Pop Century

We had a great time. The weather was cold the first 2 days but we had fun anyway. The Pop Century was great. The rooms were very basic but that`s all we wanted. They were clean and if we wanted anything it was there asap. 6 days just wasn`t enough lol. They were 6 packed full days. We had basically no time to enjoy the resort. We had one quick dip in the pool and 1 walk around just to see the neat giant things on and around the buildings. The food court offered a wide varity of foods and were quite pricey, but we expected this. I really can`t complain about anything except the weather. At least it didn`t rain and we had a day hot enough for the water parks. My kids both said it was the best vacation ever and didn`t want to come home. I also recommend going to Downtown Disney to the clubs. We went one night and had a ball. I could go on and on. Thanks so much to you Christee, u were and are a peach!!!! Thx for everything. Pop Century vacation

I had a great time! They gave me a room in the 60s section which had a view of the pool and close to Classic Hall. The Disney bus service was excellent. I never had to wait more than ten minutes for a bus, except on my last day when it rained one hour before park closing. Unfortunately, the Pop Century cafeteria is always overcrowded during mealtime and their menu consists of pizza and other kiddie stuff but thats okay because I found better places to eat. As you know, I went to Epcot and MGM Studios. I bought a 1-day, 1-park pass and upgraded it on the same day to a (2) 1-day, 1-park pass which saves $5. I was able to ride and see the most popular attractions at each park in about 4 hours. I didnt use FastPass but the Single-Rider line wherever available. However,the Single-Rider line was the longest wait for Mission:SPACE. I spent the rest of the time walking through the World Showcase and visiting the other Disney resorts. While I was at MGM, I attended a live taping of "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" and participated in the "Ask the Audience" lifeline!

While I would not have changed anything about my experience,I did learn a few things about each park for next time. The Future World attractions close at 7pm so eat dinner early around 5pm and finish off the rest of the Future World attractions. I made the mistake of walking through World Showcase after dinner which left too much time until the Illuminations show. Also, I was told that the Fantasmic show at MGM is not exactly the same as the one shown at Californias Disneyland. Unfortunately, the show was cancelled due to rain. Another free tip for other travelers is the use of Express Check-Out at the resort. That saved me like 30 minutes of waiting at the Front Desk. Finally, for your reference, a taxi ride from Pop Century to the airport is $50, includes tip and toll. Thank you for helping me with my first trip to WDW. Disney Trip

I would like to personally thank Tammy Soave at OLP travel for the wonderful job she did helping my wife and I plan our Disney vacation. We tried local travel agents but they either seemed uninterested or just plain unknowledgable. Tammy was very pleasent to deal with and always put forth recommendations and provided detailed information regarding any questions we had.

We did a lot of research on our own and anything that I mentioned to Tammy regarding hotel or pass discounts, she had already heard of them and was instrumental in booking them for us.

Just wanted to add my praise for OLP Travel. Tammy was our travel pixie and she did a great job getting us into an off-site hotel. She booked us into the Fairfield Marriott and found us an excellent rate. The hotel is not very old, the room was super clean and we had a view of the pool. The hotel also provided a free continental breakfast and it was an impressive spread. Tammy made it possible for my husband and I to spend two nights close to Disney World so we could spend extra time with all our friends who were visiting from out of town. We just got back from our honeymoon on the Voyager of the Seas. I knew Our Laughing Place was great for WDW, and I want to share that it is great for cruises too! Our laughing Place Travel is WONDERFUL. I orginally called Disney World reservations myself and was told there were not rooms available at the location and level I wanted. I called OLP Travel and not only got the room I wanted, but great rates. She also set up our dinner and character meal priority seating needs. She was constantly in touch. OLP Travel is great. wonderful disney trip

We had a great time at Disney. My son had his 13th b-day there and was greeted to a goofy phone call and had breakfast at polynesian resort for the character breakfast. He loved it. We stayed at the Port Orleans Riverside - beautiful place! I would like to thank the Our Laughing Place for getting us a special on the resort. What great service!

My husband and I took a quick trip in December without the kids. We pretty much knew where we wanted to stay, had our airline tix and knew which passes we wanted. What could an agent do for us? Let me tell you... Jodie booked everything for us. We never had to make a single phone call to the resort or to Disney for the passes. Our Happy Limo arrangements were made for us (we loved them, BTW). Best of all, when Disney dropped the ball and only sent one pass instead of two, Jodie handled the aggravation of getting the mess sorted out. I had travel plans in October of 2001 that I made through OLP Travel. When I decided to postpone due to current events, Ahnalira was very understanding and helpful. She made sure I got the refunds due me. I knew she was foregoing her commission for the work she did to make my reservations, but she didnt ask me to pay her a fee or push me to reschedule.
