Tradition for us!
11/27/2015 by Tammy

Eating pastries at Boulangerie Patisserie is a tradition for us. It is always our first destination in Epcot's World Showcase. I always try something different and decadent looking and am NEVER disappointed. My hubby ALWAYS gets a Biscuit Au Chocolat, which is really just a chocolate cookie. LOL I chided him on his choice and then remembered we were on vacation and we should just get what we enjoy. Even if it's "just a chocolate chip cookie." So, now forever more, ANY chocolate chip cookie is a Biscuit Au Chocolat! The castmembers here were a lot of fun as I teased my hubby about his biscuit. The atmosphere is very sweet and cozy. A very nice little corner to escape to!

Quality is not the same since they moved to new location. In particular, the Napolean was changed. It was a big disappointment.

Definitely one of our favorite stops. The strawberry tart is to die for. Excellent on a nice evening stroll in the world showcase.
Lovely croissant stop

When your feets are tired of tromping around the World Showcase, the Boulangerie is a lovely place to stop for a cold drink and a delicious Croissant. Gives you a feel of a streetside cafe with the outdoor seating. One of the best croissants (and biggest!) on property. There are also lots of danishes and such if you're into that sort of thing. This place is tucked in back behind Chefs de France, in France so you may need to poke around a bit to find it!

We spent a couple snack credits here on a chocolate croissant and an almond chocolate croissant which we enjoyed for breakfast the next morning, and they were yummy!  The almond one was my favorite, we split them halfsies among the adults!  Felt like a good value for snack credits...
Great Experience
5/5/2010 by SophiaCamille
I went with my family (Jan. 2010) and we stopped by for a little afternoon pick-me-up.  Our eldest daughter was born in France and we have taken her back twice to see where she was born (even though her family is American) and she is in love with everything French.  When we arrived we asked for 2 fruit tarts, 1 creme brulee, 1 chocolate croissant (sounds weird but it's amazing!!!) and 2 chocolate eclairs for the entire family (5) to taste. Since it was our daughters birthday, on a limb, I asked one of the cast members if they could sing Happy Birthday and they DID and in French !! They put a candle on one of the fruit tarts and 3 cast members sang Happy Birthday Arabella in French!  Needless to say the smile on her face.

Now for the food, everything was scrumptious and we would definitely go again; but our best experience here was the fact that they sang happy birthday to our daughter in French, and that just made her day :)
Great pasteries!
3/16/2010 by Nick
I went into this shop and the smells of freshly baked pasteries saying, " Eat me," hit me. I have gone back ever since. Over the years that I have gone, I ordered: the chocolate cake ( yummy!), a croissant, and have nibbled off my family members' stuff, and a few more. Everything was excellent! The cake was moist and chocolatey ( I really don't know how to spell that, so parden my errors), the croissant was realy great, it was flakey and just yummy all over. After I eat their food, my stomach says, " I want more!" A really good bakery.
