Location, location, location! With a 5-minute walk to the International Gate of Epcot and an easy boatride to The Studios, The Beach Club Resort offers the perfect location for lovers of these two parks – not to mention the bus transportation is timely as well. And, while location is the highest plus for the Beach Club Resort, there are several other factors that make this resort a winner:

  1. Stormalong Bay pool is almost a water park with it’s sandy beach area, “current pool”, and elaborate “beached ship” slide. This pool is so popular that you must have a resort ID to enter.
  2. Shipshape Health Club has state of art Hammerstrength and Body Fitness equipment as well as an aromatherapy steam room in addition to the sauna and Jacuzzi.
  3. Beaches and Cream Soda Fountain is a delightful trip back to the fifties (with the welcome 90’s addition of turkey burgers and sugar free/fat free vanilla ice cream.
  4. Cape May Café offers a “Clambake” buffet every night that is a favorite for seafood lovers AND a character breakfast buffet every morning. Characters change periodically, but you can usually count on Goofy and Chip n Dale and Minnie in beach outfitsJ.
  5. The Boardwalk with all of its restaurants and night venues is a short walk away.

As one of the deluxe flavor resorts, The Beach Club is themed to perfection in soothing and relaxing sea greens and blues and peaches. The atmosphere is casual, though, with beautiful flower arrangements throughout the lobby, there is still a feeling of graciousness. Most rooms are large enough for 5 people to use; the fifth person on the daybed needs to be under 5’ tall. Room service, turndown service, children’s programs, in-room safes, coffee makers, mini-bars, and conference facilities are available, too.

Beach club fantastic 1!!! on 10/6/2013 by Carly

We loved the beach club. Amazing location. Kids loved the pool/pool slide. Beaches and Cream had great milkshakes! The room was awesome and the staff was friendly. The gift shop was cool. We had an amazing stay!

Lovely! on 4/28/2013 by Jodi

We just returned from our first stay at the Beach Club.  It is an absolutely charming resort with lots of fun things to do.  From swimming in the amazing pool, to playing video games at the arcade, to roasting marshmallows and watching a movie on the beach, there is always something fun to do.  Plus the cast members are awesome.  I never had a single encounter with anyone who wasn't smiling with a friendly 'hello'.  Another awesome perk is the proximity to EPCOT and DHS.  I will definitely look forward to staying here again!

Love it on 1/18/2012 by Bon

Best resort I ever stayed at. My kids love the slide and sand bottom pool. It is nice to walk to Epcot and Hollywood studios. The beach is great and my kids love the arcade and the lobby at Christmas. I love the room servece and it was the best view ever. If you stay anywhere stay here :) The cost is a little expensive, but it is so worth it!!!!!!!!!

Perfect on 10/8/2010 by Jeff

The Beach & Yacht Club are both wonderful. Cape May Cafe is a great place for breakfast. The pool is amazing. Be sure to visit the Boarwalk across the lake. If you like to jog , the boardwalk around the lake is great. Epcot and the Studios are minutes away. We will be visiting again.

One word - wow! on 8/7/2010 by Jennifer

After staying at the Beach Club one time, my husband declared it "the perfect hotel". He refuses to stay anywhere else, except maybe the Yacht Club, " if we don't have a choice". There isn't much more to say, except that it really is about as close to perfect as you can get.

Awesome on 4/19/2010 by NBA

I love this hotel; it's location it is right next to Epcot, and at night you can walk over to the Boardwalk and get food and shop.  I would definitely go back and stay there again, and I do recommend it.

The Beach Club Resort at Walt Disney World on 12/26/2009 by Franniepoppins

We really did enjoy our stay at the Beach Club.  The only down side was that we had a room with two double beds.  If you want to be absolutely sure to have queen beds, book your stay at the Yacht Club.  Other than that one little quirk, The Beach Club is the best!

It is just a five minute walk from there to Epcot.  If you request a room on the Epcot side, there is a side door that goes out to a path. and you walk down that path, through a gate, and you are two minutes from the entrance to Epcot.  Really, is is the most convenient resort to Epcot on property.

The store at Beach Club has a little more to offer than the one at Yacht Club, as far as grocery type items goes.  The store also has a very small counter service for very limited food offerings.

The best room and best location. on 7/22/2006 by rocketralph

We stayed during November 2004. We had reserved a non water view. When we showed up they had upgraded us to a Jr. Suite. I was totally blown away. The room was huge and it had a full size balcony with chairs and a table. The easy access to Epcot was the best. We made it a must to end our day at Epcot so we could walk back to our room. I will definitely stay there again.

One of my very faves! on 10/26/2005 by Dizney Donna

As a huge Disney fan, including the parks, the history, and mostly Walt himself, the Contemporary is my favorite resort for the ultimate in DISNEYness (great word, huh?!) that it possesses.  However, I have recently decided that the Beach Club is a close second for me.  Each year my husband and I take a one night trip,  without the little one, to enjoy the Food & Wine Festival at Epcot, and this is our resort of choice.  As mentioned before, it is just a short walk to a much more exluded entrance to Epcot.  The warm, cozy feeling that I get here, can be summed up in two words; "Im home".  The comfort level is tops for me, including what I feel are the best beds & pillows of any Disney resort.  The colors that envelope you here are soft blues and creams; very soothing.  Hallways to the rooms tend to be a little long, but you honesty feel as if youre walking down the hall of a very elegant beach HOUSE, instead of a resort.  And lets talk about the HUGE  pool!!  Nothing like it!!  We s
